This is how ozone is used 

An ozone generator produces gas that consists of oxygen and ozone. The generator is connected to a water source (sea water or fresh water), the gas is mixed into the water via an injector which can then be fed into a side stream of a tank, or sprayed directly on equipment and area to be disinfected.

The use of an ozone system for disinfection is less expensive / more environmentally than disinfection of chemicals, after the treatment is completed, the ozone returns to oxygen / air, leaving no harmful residues. Ozone is therefore a very environmentally friendly and economical alternative to chemical disinfectants.

Portable, removable and fixed ozone generators

Naustor Technology delivers mobile ozone generators on wheels, or on frames, and larger fixed units.

Larger fixed systems are used when large quantities of disinfectant and frequent treatment are required. If the consumption is moderate and the equipment to be processed is placed in different locations, either a portable unit or a removable unit on the frame may be beneficial. Frame-mounted units can also be fixed.

Naustor ozone generators have the following characteristics:

  • Built-in compressor eliminates the need for compressed air supply.
     

  • Built-in oxygen generator that increases ozone concentration.
     

  • Floating Plate Technology ™ lowers energy consumption. The FPT also means that maintenance needs are low and the service life is long.
     

  • A built-in injector means that there is no need for an external mixing device (injector) for mixing ozone into the water.
     

  • The generators are air cooled. No external cooling system is needed. Installation is simple and there is little need for maintenance.

Stationary and mobile ozone systems

 

Naustor Technology supplies stationary and mobile ozone systems.

Centrally mounted systems are used when large quantities of disinfectant and frequent treatment are required. If consumption is moderate and the equipment to be processed is located in different locations, a mobile device that can be easily moved between different locations may be beneficial. The mobile unit can also be mounted as a stationary unit and manufactured in two sizes.
